EVP V2 is a 22-vehicle, non-ELS police and EMS fleet for FiveM built around a universal parts system. Lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and unit tags live in one shared library, so the same equipment fits a sedan, a transport van or an off-road truck and your whole garage keeps a consistent look. Every vehicle carries 200+ customization options through the standard modkit and extras, no custom menu resource required.

The models are a mix of scratch-made builds and reimagined vanilla vehicles, and the fleet spans sedans, pickups, sports interceptors, transport vans, off-road trucks and aircraft. All of it is lore friendly.

The pack runs entirely non-ELS, so there is no client-side ELS dependency to install or maintain.

• Departments and liveries: LSPD, LSSD and SAHP in the base pack. The EVP Companion subscription adds BCSO, DOC, SAFR, LSFD, Del Perro PD, Grapeseed Sheriff's, Rangers, Davis PD, Paleto Sheriff's, and more are planned
