Animation Suggestions
Animation Suggestions is a standalone FiveM script that reads the player's surroundings and offers a matching animation. Stand near a wall and it suggests a lean. Stop beside a low ledge and it suggests a sit. One keybind plays the suggestion, and simply walking off ends it. Certain animations even align the player with the object automatically, so leans and sits actually connect instead of clipping through the prop.
Being standalone, it needs no framework at all. It runs on ESX, QBCore, Qbox, VRP and on servers with no framework whatsoever.
What it does
- One keybind: press it to play the suggested animation, walk off to stop
- Automatic alignment: the player is positioned against whatever they interact with
- Prop based animations: assign animations to specific props
- Location based animations: defined by coordinates and a radius
- Synchronised animations: every player sees them
- Event triggers: fire your own events when an animation starts
- Prop spawning: spawn props and tools as part of an animation
- Highly customizable, with many custom detection events
Built-in detections
- Idle: usable anywhere, activates after the player has been stationary for 4 or more seconds
- Lean: leans back when something is directly behind the player (wall, vehicle etc.)
- Leaning on a bar: leans forward when something in front of the player sits no higher than their chest
- Sitting: sits down when something below waist height is behind the player (walls, stairs, chairs)
- Intimidation: general intimidation gestures for a few seconds after melee combat
- Showing pain: shows the player is hurt when they drop below 60% health
- Car inspection: inspects an open engine bay or trunk the player is looking at
- Car cheering: cheers and claps when watching a car do a burnout or drift
- Greeting: waves hello at a player you haven't greeted in the last 15 minutes
Your own suggestions
- Location specific: define an area with coordinates and a radius where certain animations get suggested. Useful for clubs, bars and restaurants. Add as many as you want
- Prop specific: tie animations to props, sitting on a chair, digging through the trash, drinking a beer. No limit here either
Performance
0.00 to 0.01 resmon at idle, 0.01 to 0.03 while stationary with an animation available.
Compatibility
